About

Meet Dr. T. Grayson Ernst

Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-owner of Holistic Neuro Clinic

Dr. Grayson is a Doctor of Chiropractic dedicated to helping patients restore function and resilience through precise chiropractic care and a whole-body approach to health.

He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles Chiropractic College after completing his undergraduate studies at the Virginia Military Institute, where he received a Bachelor of Arts. Dr. Ernst has additional training in Functional Medicine through Los Angeles Chiropractic College and continues ongoing continuing education in Functional Neurology, focusing on the connection between the brain, spine, and nervous system.

In practice, Dr. Ernst utilizes the Gonstead, a highly precise chiropractic system focused on spinal biomechanics and nervous system function. He has also completed advanced training in Gonstead extremity adjusting and sports injury management, allowing him to address both spinal and joint dysfunction throughout the body.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Ernst enjoys staying active through judo, jiu-jitsu, cycling, boxing, and the occasional “garage dad workout.” Most of his free time is spent chasing after kids and logging endless hours of landscaping and yard work for his wife—tasks that, while unofficially listed as hobbies, seem to be permanent additions to the weekly training schedule.

Meet Dr. Kat Ernst

Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-owner of Holistic Neuro Clinic

Dr. Kat is passionate about helping children thrive by supporting healthy brain and nervous system development. At Holistic Neuro Clinic, her work focuses on identifying neurological patterns that may be affecting a child’s regulation, coordination, learning, and overall development, and creating care plans that support the brain’s natural ability to grow and adapt.

Dr. Kat earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology with a minor in Biology, where she developed a strong interest in human development, evolutionary biology, and the biological foundations of health. Her academic background continues to influence her approach to care, emphasizing the relationship between the brain, body, and environment in shaping development.

She is also a contributing author to the pediatric chiropractic textbook Pediatric Chiropractic: Third Edition, where she wrote the chapter “Adjusting Extremities.” This work reflects her commitment to advancing clinical knowledge in pediatric care and supporting practitioners who work with children.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kat enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible with her family. She is the proud (and busy) mom of three young children and can often be found trying to keep up with them, their dog, and the many adventures of everyday life. Her family’s lifestyle reflects the same philosophy she brings to her practice prioritizing time outside, movement, fresh air, and sunlight whenever possible. She enjoys hiking, gardening, baking sourdough bread, and preparing meals from scratch, believing that simple daily habits play an important role in supporting long-term health and development.

Meet Aleksandra Gorska

Chiropractic Assistant, Holistic Neuro Clinic

Aleksandra is a Chiropractic Assistant at the Holistic Neuro Clinic who loves seeing patients achieve new milestones in their own personal wellness journeys.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. During that time, she gained exposure to both chiropractic and physical therapy settings, which helped shape her interest in movement and the connection between the mind and body.

Outside of the clinic, Aleksandra enjoys staying active—between the gym and her yoga mat, she’s always on the move. She also considers herself a true foodie at heart, always on the hunt for the kind of spot you can’t help but recommend to everyone.
