Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-owner of Holistic Neuro Clinic

Meet Dr. Kat Ernst

Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-owner of Holistic Neuro Clinic

Dr. Kat is passionate about helping children thrive by supporting healthy brain and nervous system development. At Holistic Neuro Clinic, her work focuses on identifying neurological patterns that may be affecting a child’s regulation, coordination, learning, and overall development, and creating care plans that support the brain’s natural ability to grow and adapt.

Dr. Kat earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology with a minor in Biology, where she developed a strong interest in human development, evolutionary biology, and the biological foundations of health. Her academic background continues to influence her approach to care, emphasizing the relationship between the brain, body, and environment in shaping development.

She is also a contributing author to the pediatric chiropractic textbook Pediatric Chiropractic: Third Edition, where she wrote the chapter “Adjusting Extremities.” This work reflects her commitment to advancing clinical knowledge in pediatric care and supporting practitioners who work with children.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kat enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible with her family. She is the proud (and busy) mom of three young children and can often be found trying to keep up with them, their dog, and the many adventures of everyday life. Her family’s lifestyle reflects the same philosophy she brings to her practice prioritizing time outside, movement, fresh air, and sunlight whenever possible. She enjoys hiking, gardening, baking sourdough bread, and preparing meals from scratch, believing that simple daily habits play an important role in supporting long-term health and development.
